Village Chicken
Roasted chicken pieces lightly seasoned and served with rice, this is one of the most commonly found dishes in Albania.
Grilled Lamb with Boiled Potatoes
Grilled lamb is widely available throughout the Balkans. In Albania there is little in the way of spicing or sauces, but if you get this at a restaurant with a real charcoal grill it's always delicious!
Trileçe
Trileçe is available all over Albania, and there are lots of subtle differences in how it's prepared. But there is a common thread - it's always lusciously, decadently delicious!
