La Palette has a special place in our hearts. French bistro fare done right, where regulars are treated like family. Our favourite restaurant in the city!

Sugo

Sugo is one of our favourite spots in Toronto. They serve fresh and delicious Italian food in a vibrant and welcoming space. You’ll leave full, and happy.

Pomegranate Restaurant

Pomegranate has mastered the complex aromas and flavours of Persian cuisine, justifying its reputation as one of Toronto’s finest Persian restaurants.

Latin World

Latin World serves up some of Toronto’s most authentic Mexican cuisine. A new location and expanded menu elevates their already great game. Love this place!

Xiaolongbao at Yummy Yummy Dumplings

This small, walk-down spot in the Downtown Chinatown is not to be missed. All their food is made to order and delicious. Best Xiaolongbao in the GTA.

The Nima Sandwich at Aunty Lucy’s Burgers

Yes, “Burgers” is in the name, and they’re good. But the real star of the show is the Nima Sandwich. It’s one of the best chicken sandwiches in Toronto and worth a visit.

Balam Toronto

This locals’ favourite spot at Paton & Lansdowne is easy to miss if you’re just passing through the neighbourhood. But that would be a shame. The tacos are outstanding, and the vibe is lovely.

Asian Legend (Downtown)

This downtown location of Asian Legend has been serving high quality, Northern Chinese fare for many years. The quality is consistently good, and the prices are fair. Well worth a visit.

Apache Burger

We love a good diner burger, and Apache makes a great diner burger! The flame grilled meat patties are always fresh and generous and they make great fries and onion rings too. Just go!

Venga Cucina

Toronto’s only Certified Pinsaria serves up perfect pinsa that’s better than any we’ve had in Italy. And don’t worry, Venga’s primi & secondi plates, their wine list and their service are all top-notch too. Don’t miss this place.

Yummy Yummy Dumplings

An unassuming “walk down” resto in Toronto’s Downtown Chinatown. Fabulous food, great prices and delightful staff. Get the Xialong Pork Buns (aka: XLB) – thank us later!

Chica

This welcome addition to Toronto’s tapas scene complements inventive and delicious tapas with fabulous cocktails, luscious wines and great service. Well worth a night out on the town!
